there were extremely comfy beds and a microwave, central heating, and coffee/tea making equipment inside the room. it had a hot tub in the clean bathroom. some of the staff members were amicable. incredible remote location so close to trains coming by frequently throughout night, and the train line. a cool bonus was carafe coffee roasters, located nearby, it offered tea and coffee.

We had an amazing time at this hidden gem! The value for money was exceptional and the room was clean and charming. The location was beautiful, with stunning views and a peaceful atmosphere. The staff treated us with great care and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. We couldn't have asked for a better babymoon destination.
The hotel breakfast menu could have had more variety.

After completing the Tongariro Crossing, we were pleasantly surprised by the perfect location and great price of Tongariro Springs. the suite itself was outstanding, with clean and comfortable rooms, quality fittings, and luxurious linen. the highlight for us was the hot spa bath, which was an absolute god-send after our 20km mountain walk. We couldn't have asked for a better way to rejuvenate. the complementary champagne and delicious chocolates made us feel extremely spoiled. the communal fridge and ice buckets were also convenient for keeping our traveling food cold overnight. Tongariro Springs Boutique Suites provided excellent value for money and quickly became one of our favorite places to stay in New Zealand. Cons: All was perfect! 👌.
